Description
The industrial setting is often polluted with various kinds of airborne contaminants which are not only detrimental to your staffs’ health but also affect the longevity of your machinery and the quality of the finished product.
There are three types of HF filters targeting different types of pollution – HFE, HFC, and HFM.
- HFE is well-suited for the filtration of particulate matter, such as dust and smoke particles
- HFM is ideal to filter out fine dust, rubber, and smoke particles
- HFC is specifically designed to capture odour and gas particles
Not sure which one is right for you?
Based in Melbourne, Euromate Pure Air Australia’s team can work with you to engineer the right solution based on the size of your target area, type of contaminants and the air changes required/hour. Get in touch with us today!
HFE
The HF unit with an HFE filter is backed by electrostatic technology. It is an ideal choice for warehouses, logistics, production, and waste processing sectors. The air cleaning system efficiently filters out particulate matter and oil fumes by more than 90%.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The captured particles move through the 10,000-volt ionization section, where they are converted into positively-charged particles. The polluted air is then carried through the collector. The earthed panels in the collector section attract the charged particles, removing particles of size as small as 0.01 micron.
HFM
The HFM air purifier comes with a disposable bag filter and is specifically designed to filter out fine dust, rubber particles, and fumes.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The extraction fan draws the contaminated air into the disposable bag filter. The air cleaner also comes with an optional pre-filter and bag filter to capture coarse dust particles. Different bag filters can be used depending on the degree of air pollution. Therefore, the air is further purified depending on the filter used.
HFC
HFC is a well-suited choice to remove odour and gases from the industrial environment. It features activated carbon filter cylinders to efficiently capture toxic odours and gases typical to industrial settings.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
HFC draws the contaminated air and collects it in the activated carbon cylinders. You have an option to replace cylinders in case of saturation.
